You can fully unwind here. Our hotel rooms have no radio, no TV, no phone, and no internet. If you still need internet access, you can connect via your mobile phone.

Pets

Overnight stays with pets are not possible.

Entertainment

Next to the reception, you can borrow books, magazines, card games, and board games free of charge.

Smoking

The entire building is smoke-free, with the exception of the terrace. We do not sell any tobacco products.

Charging batteries

For fire safety reasons, charging batteries in the rooms with more than 100 Wh, such as e-bike batteries, is strictly prohibited! Smaller batteries, such as those in smartphones, tablets, or laptops, may only be charged while you are present.

Check-in & Check-out

The rooms and dormitories are ready for check-in from 04:00 PM.
On your departure day, please check out by 10:00 AM.

Guests with limited mobility

We are pleased to welcome guests with limited mobility. If you are arriving with a walker or wheelchair, please drive to the parking area directly next to the hotel. From there, a step-free path leads to the terrace and the entrance. On the terrace and in the restaurant, you can move around independently. A wheelchair-accessible toilet is located at the entrance area. Unfortunately, our rooms are not wheelchair-accessible. Nevertheless, some guests in wheelchairs have stayed with us. There is no lift in the building; you will need the help of a companion to reach the first floor via the stairs. In the double rooms with shower and toilet, you can move around freely, but the bathroom entrance is too narrow for a wheelchair. You will need the assistance of a companion.

Special dietary needs

Dinner and breakfast are included in the room rate. If you are unable to eat certain foods, please let us know when you make your reservation. This enables our kitchen team to accommodate for your needs.

Cancellation policy

Reservations confirmed by phone or in writing are binding and apply in all weather conditions. Cancellations are only valid once you receive our cancellation confirmation by email. The following conditions apply:
- up to 28 days before arrival: free of charge
- up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the room rate
- up to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the room rate
- from 6 days before arrival: 100% of the room rate

We recommend that you take out travel insurance!
